CONFIDENTIALITY

Your data and information is safe with us but if you breach our Terms of Service or if we are obliged by law to do so, we may share your personal information.

Hostinger

Hostinger is where our store is hosted. They offer us the online e-commerce platform that enables us to offer you our goods and services.
Your databses, informations and orders all are stored in Hostinger application. Your information is kept on a safe server protected by a firewall.

Payment

Hostinger keeps your credit card information if you decide to make your purchase via a direct payment gateway. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) encrypts it. Only as long is required to complete your buy transaction is your purchase transaction data saved. Your purchase transaction information is destroyed once it is finished.
The PCI Security Standards Council, a collaboration of companies including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, oversees the PCI-DSS standards, which are adhered to by all direct payment gateways.
The PCI-DSS regulations ensure that our shop and its service partners handle credit card information securely.
You might also wish to read Hostinger’s Terms of Service or Privacy Statement for more information.

Third-Party-Services

In general, the third-party providers we work with will only gather, use, and disclose your information as much as is required for them to carry out the tasks we’ve hired them to do.
However, some third-party service providers, such payment gateways and other financial transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with regard to the data we must send to them for your transaction-related transactions.
To further understand how these providers will treat your personal information, we advise you to read their privacy policies for each of these services.
Keep in mind that some providers may be situated in or have facilities situated in jurisdictions other than either you or us. Your information may so become governed by the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the third-party service provider or its facilities are situated if you decide to move forward with a transaction that involves their services.
Your personal information used to complete the transaction, for instance, may be vulnerable to disclosure under US law, such as the Patriot Act, if you are situated in Canada and the transaction is completed by a payment gateway in the US.
You are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of our website after you leave our store’s website or are transferred to a third-party website or application.
