Returns Policy
We sincerely hope that every product you purchase meets your expectations, but if you do need to return something, we’ll do everything we can to make the process as simple and quick as we can.
If You Change Your Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) According to the rules, we have a 14-day return policy for everything we offer online. Simply let us know if you want to return the item(s) within 14 days after receipt. We’ll give you a refund or exchange if the items are returned in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition.
You have the option to either request a collection through our collection service, which is fee-based, or to organise your own return at your own expense and risk.

Only items from the UK Mainland Are Acceptable For Collection.
Return Policy
Once we have been informed of your request, we will start the refund, replacement, or exchange process. If we handled the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used to place the order, less any applicable collection charges.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, Infant Comforts Ltd. will process any refunds due within 14 days.
If Your Purchased Product Has A Problem?
We will ask you to provide us pictures or a brief video of the problem if you received an item that was damaged during shipping or showed a manufacturing flaw so we can identify it correctly. The Following Action, Replacement Parts If applicable, we will send the parts right away. If not, we will send them as soon as possible using our quickest delivery method, which typically takes up to 3 working days.
Additionally, if we are unable to supply spare parts, we will collect free of charge* and replace any product over 5 kg that was purchased from Baby Travel within the first 28 days of purchase only. Please note that this replacement policy does not apply if the customer simply wants to cancel the purchase agreement; in that case, the customer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense.

Please take note that all returns must have the following enclosed:
Reason for Return (clear justification in enclosed letter)
Order ID (Purchase Date)
Address of Buyer and Return Address for Re-Delivery (If Applicable)
Added Charges:
- Delivery Fees Are Not Refundable For Missed Deliveries, Unwanted Items, False Claims, or Accidental Damages Unless Clearly Signed “Box Damaged” Or Reported To Us Within 48 Hours Of Receipt.
- Return and delivery fees are applied to packages that are refused. If the delivery is declined or the client doesn’t respond, the courier will return the item to our distribution facility and charge a fee of £(amount). Additionally, there will be a delivery charge. For small packages or items valued at less than £(amount), the return price is £ (amount). Products valued at more than £ (amount) will incur a £ (amount) delivery fee (per package).
